The proposed project entails:-
a) The construction of 1600 units of residential apartments consisting of
i) 160 nos. 3 Bedroomed with DSQ Apartments
ii) 800 nos. 3 Bedroomed Apartments
iii) 480 nos. 2 Bedroomed Apartments
iv) 60 nos. 1 Bedroomed Apartments
In total, the development consists of Ground plus 7 Floors with a total floor area of approximately 134,000 square metres. Construction is generally of reinforced concrete frame (columns, beams and slabs) with 200mm thick machine dressed stone infill walling.Reinforced concrete roof slab with APP water proofing and interlocking tiles, external finishing’s are generally of very high standards to match.Similar developments in the neighbourhood i.e. Machine dressed hand stone claddings and same sections rendered and painted. The internal finishes will be generally Ceramic tiles on common areas, on lounge and bed rooms, walls and ceilings are generally plastered and painted and wet areas finished with ceramic tiling.Electrical and mechanical installations are to British or equivalent standards as well as conforming to KEBs standards.
